All shoes are brand new, Authentics are always 100% real and our Factory Variants/Customs are the Highest Quality Possible. Shipping is always Free besides international shipping, shipping can take 2-4 weeks before delivery. All Authentics include original features (Box, Retro Card), Custom/Variants are very high in quality and much more durable then most which is why we charge more, Custom/Variants does not include Retro Card, some may include box most do not. If you order Authentics and you feel they are not Authentic then you will be allow to return them unworn for refund but there is a strict restriction to avoid abuse. Products have to returned as is, if not then we will not provide a full refund, also, a refund claim have to be made with in 3 days of the posted delivery date to be eligible for a refund request, refund are not issued untill the product is returned. If you feel products are not Authentic because you have seen others with the same photo or you feel scared of being scam please do not order, no one should have to make a payment for something then worry if it will every come, it is not fair to us or especially you the consumer. What you see in most of our photos is what you will receive, so if you do not like what you see in the photo or feel the product is not orginal from what you see in the photo, please do not purchase, we do provide refund or exchange but in most cases only if shoes are damaged or does not fit. If any product is used or worn it is no longer considered available for a refund! All shoes are check by our staff before shipping, if shoes is not up to our high quality standards then we will not send it to the Consumer and we will provide a full refund or we will reorder them! We have the ability to negotiate all prices so if you see a pair you like but you feel it is to expensive contact us and make an offer, you never know, you would be suprise what you can get, we have sold Authentics for Variants prices and even lower.
